In addition to being one of three leaders in the new report, Alert Logic received the highest score in the Current Offering category and received the highest score in two sub-criteria within the Current Offering category: Delivery Capability – User Interface & Integrations, and Customer Experience. Alert Logic scored five out of a possible five on Customer Experience.
In the report, Forrester evaluated the 11 managed security services providers (MSSPs) in North America that the report states “matter most.” The report evaluated vendors by ranking them in four categories: Leader, Strong Performer, Contender or Challenger. Alert Logic was ranked a Leader based on three high-level categories: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence.
